Fred Shouldice
President and CEO

Fred has been with Bestway since 1980 and has been instrumental in growing the company's product and distribution channels.  Shouldice is a recognized authority on caster design. He holds patents on a key caster technologies, including the "double ball kingboltless" caster that is produced by every leading caster manufacturer.

William (Bill) Shouldice
Chairman

In 1975 Bill founded Bestway and operated the business from his 1971 Ford Torino.  Over the next 25 years, Shouldice built Bestway into the largest caster designer and manufacturer in the country.  Bill is widely recognized as an authority on caster applications and design, and is responsible for many of the innovations that are common in the industry today.
