 Every Bestway Casters and Wheels Ltd. ("Bestway")
product of our manufacture is warranted against defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original
purchase. Any product defective because of material or workmanship
which is returned with the prior written approval of Bestway, within
the warranty period, will be replaced or repaired at Bestway’s
sole option, free of charge not including freight and installation
if delivered, prepaid, to the Bestway factory. This limited warranty
does not include abuse, misuse, improper installation, mishandling
or improper maintenance.
Bestway shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform if
caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. In no event shall
Bestway be liable for any indirect or consequential damages to any
party whatsoever including without limitation, damages or liability
for loss of use, revenue or profit or for any other incidental,
special or consequential damage.
All casters and wheels in this catalogue are for the sole purpose of
conveying goods and services. These products are not designed for
the conveyance of people. |
